- Olivier, co-founder and Managing Partner of Globally Events and Communications, has been part during more than four years of IC&M, pioneer company specialized in marketing, where he was in charge of clients such as Disney, BDF Nivea, Procter & Gamble, Pillsbury Ibérica, British Airways or British American Tobacco, among others. Graduated in Business Administration by the Saint Louis University and holder of a Management Development Program (PDD) degree by IESE Business School - University of Navarra, he is an expert in communication, leading accounts such as Patek Philippe, L’Oréal Paris, Nokia, Prada, Loewe Perfumes, Hackett, Pepe Jeans, Belstaff, Premios Laureus del Deporte, Festival de Cine de San Sebastián, Arco or Cow Parade, among others. He is also Professor of Marketing & Strategic Communication at Centro Universitario Villanueva and Professor for a Master in Entertainment Communication at ESIC.

- Journalist with professional background for national news agencies including Efe, Reuter, Diario de Barcelona and Diari d’Andorra, Micky has more than 15 years of experience in the sector as General Director for On Comunicación (2003-2008) and Account Director (Equipo Singular, Media Planning), managing brands such as Danone, Giorgio Armani, Audi, LVMH, Evian, Burberry, Bvlgari or Ritz-Carlton, among others. Lecturer on communication at Navarra University, Pompeu Fabra University and Istituto Europeo di Design, IED (Director of a Master in Communication since 2002), Micky is also the cowriter of the book «40 Communication Hits» (Adecec).

CV of Macarena Blanchón
Special Projects Director
- Macarena was Fashion Editor for Vogue and Fasion Director for Elle, as well as the founder of Blanchón y Asociados, pioneer in Public Relations and Communication in Spain, representing brands such as Roberto Verino, Sybilla, Mandarina Duck, DKNY, Loewe, MAC or Conde Nast Group, as well as talented photographers and stylists. Blanchón was in charge of the launch of the big flamenco star Joaquín Cortés and his collaborations with renowned fashion designers such as Giorgio Armani and Jean Paul Gaultier.
The agency also handled the European PR for Prince (at this time known as The Artist) in 1999/2000. Other clients from the entertainment business included singers Rosario, Sergio Dalma, Michael Jackson, Luis Miguel, Alejandro Fernández, Gloria Estefan and Eros Ramazzotti; dancers Tamara Rojo and Mayte García Nelson, as well as festivals such as MTV European Music Awards, celebrated in Barcelona in 2002, and the Music Awards. Blanchón created and organized in collaboration with Young&Rubicam the Schweppes Urban Mix Festival in Madrid, with artists including Lenny Kravitz, Macy Gray, Alicia Keys, James Brown, Massive Attack and Björk. Macarena was also “curator” for two exhibitions from the Madrid Fashion Week: Men in Skirts which included designs from John Galliano, Vivienne Westwood or Kenzo, among others, and The Graffiti and the Fashion industry.

Currently, he is Globally’s PR Director and contributes to the success of public relations initiatives for accounts such as Hackett, Zadig & Voltaire or UGG Australia, among others.

- María was founder and director of Sexto Sentido Comunicación and Cool Producciones. She has also been Fashion Director for magazines from the Axel Springer editorial, the week-end supplement Blanco y Negro from the national newspaper ABC, Magazine El Mundo, Dunia (EditorialG+J), Mia, as well as magazines from Editorial Sarpe (Cómplice, Mucho Más, Prima y Grec).
She was also responsible for contents and production for the fashion programs presented by Isabel Preysler and Jaqueline de la Vega in Antena 3 TV, and stylist for different fashion magazines such as Marie Claire, Elle and Vogue.
She is member of the Spanish Fashion Designers Association and shareholder of Globally, leading catwalks at Cibeles-Gaudi for Felipe Varela, Carmela Rosso, Jesús del Pozo or the Furrier Association, and accounts such as El Corte Inglés, Jota más Ge or Spanish Fashion Larios calendar, among others.

- Susana was responsible of communication and PR, and production director for Mediapark, as well as for the Solsona y Filloy agency, the Organization for Small and Middle-sized companies from Catalunya (PIMEC) and the European PR Association (ASERP).
